Bread and Cheese
- 1 Loaf of Ciabatta
- 6 Cloves Garlic
- 100g Baladna Cream Cheese
- 150g Baladna Cheddar Cheese
- 50g Butter
- A Small Handful Of Parsley
- 250g Baladna Mozzarella
How it's made!
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
2. Using a serrated knife, slice the ciabatta loaf lengthwise, leaving the bottom intact.
3. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, Baladna cream cheese, grated Baladna cheddar cheese, and softened butter until well combined.
4. Spread the cheese and garlic mixture generously on both sides of the ciabatta loaf.
5. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the top of the cheese mixture.
6. Place the sliced Baladna Mozzarella on top of the cheese mixture, covering the entire loaf.
7. Place the ciabatta loaf on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
8. Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the ciabatta is crispy and golden brown.
9. Remove the ciabatta from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
